KARA LODEWYKS
Owner at Shore Club Wellness, CPT
As a resident of the South Beach Community for over 8 years, Kara's passion to start Shore Club Wellness was solely to enhance the resident living experience and increase the value and worth of her home as an owner here. As the business has evolved over the past 3 years, some incredible changes have taken place which has now brought the mission of Shore Club Wellness to exist to connect people to their best selves.
Kara has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 12 years and has successfully owned and run a Master Franchise in the fitness industry before taking Shore Club Wellness on full time. Kara has worked with a broad range of clientele including children and adolescents to seniors, busy professionals, and new moms. You name it, she's trained it. Kara is proud of the incredible team she's build at the Shore Club whose staff perfectly rounds out the holistic approach to health and longevity.

Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist
Lauren is a registered massage therapist and fascial stretch therapist with over 12 years of experience in sports rehabilitation and manual therapy. She studied kinesiology and education at Western University where she specialized in athletic therapy and rehabilitation as well as physical education.
She has worked with amateur and professional athletes recovering from traumatic injuries and surgeries of the shoulder, elbow and knee, with extensive experience in post operative ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, return to play assessment and injury prevention.
Lauren's practice now focuses on helping her clients feel better and move better by blending a variety of techniques into her treatments, including relaxing swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue treatment and fascial stretching. Her specialties include treating postural dysfunctions, neck pain, low back pain and improving overall mobility and flexibility. Lauren curates her treatments to her clients' individual needs and her goal is to help you relax and decompress while melting away your aches and pains.


ALYSSA FAIOLA
Certified Personal Trainer
Alyssa Faiola is a Personal Trainer with a passion for all things fitness with her primary focus being on strength training and functional movements that translate outside the gym. Alyssa grew up playing sports and was active throughout her adolescent years engaging in competitive dance and rep soccer. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Criminology, Alyssa found herself craving a sense of routine where physical activity could be used as an outlet to decompress from the stresses of everyday life.
Alyssa has been consistently engaged in this training style since 2016 and found herself wanting to share her passion for fitness with others. Alyssa is especially passionate about motivating and encouraging women to embrace their strongest version of themselves by not shying away from equipment and forms of
movement typically associated with male body building.
Olivia Burylo
Certified Personal Trainer (Bsc. Kin)
Olivia holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and is a certified personal trainer through CanFit Pro. She is currently working toward becoming a certified nutritionist to further support her clients' needs. With over 5 years of experience, Olivia has helped more than 50 women transform their lives through personalized fitness and lifestyle coaching. She works exclusively with women, ranging from ages 14 to 60, with a focus on two key groups: women navigating menopause who want to build muscle and strength, and those looking to lose weight and tone up.A former competitive gymnast with over 10 years of experience, Olivia also coached competitive gymnastics, giving her a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and goal-setting. Her approach is holistic, addressing not only exercise but also nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mental well-being.Olivia is passionate about empowering women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their fitness journeys. With her science-based guidance, personalized programs, and unwavering support, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve sustainable, life-changing results.
